Terms and Conditions 1. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (C$). To convert C$ to your local currency, go to http://www.oanda.com/converter/classic. 2. The legal entity behind OilFinancier is "Dave Volek Publishing." Please make all legal documents refer to this legal name. 3. The seminar's administrator shall be the referee and final arbitrator of any OF disputes. 4. Students recognize that occasional bookkeeping mistakes will happen. They shall inform the administrator of these mistakes, so the error can be corrected. 5. Students understand that an occasional run of bad luck is possible in OilFinancier. 6. Students participate in OilFinancier at a level they choose. A period of prolonged inactivity will not result in a partial refund. 7. If a student's email address becomes ineffective for at least 30 consecutive OF Days, the OF administrator has the right to remove that student from the seminar. There shall be no refund. 8. The OF administrator reserves the right to suspend the seminar for up to six calendar weeks of his own choosing during the calendar year. Christmas and summer (July - August) holidays will be the most likely times. 9. Abusive behavior to other students can result in expulsion. There shall be no refund. 10. There are no refunds! Sorry about this, but we have good business reasons for not offering refunds. So please ensure that you can be committed to the year-long seminar before signing on.
