Trade Agreement...

Any two financiers are allowed to trade:

  • cash
  • cashflow
  • oilrights
  • drilling rigs
  • joint venture holdings

If a financier is in the red, that financier cannot trade cash. Otherwise anything can go.

When one financier submits a trade agreement to the administrator, the other financier has three OF days to confirm the agreement.
